Riverbend Elementary Parent Society
Riverbend Elementary Parents Society (REPS) is excited to be kicking off our 10th annual Cookie Dough fundraiser!
All profits from this fundraiser will directly support student learning at Riverbend Elementary school. Every student will benefit from your support.
The Goal: We are suggesting that each student sell a minimum of 6 boxes to meet our fundraising goals. This cookie dough is perfect for the holiday season and customers often want to sample at least two flavours so it should only take up to an hour of campaigning (door-to-door, calling friends/family, etc.) to meet this goal.
The Rewards: To help motivate our students we are offering several exciting rewards throughout the fundraiser.
Top Sellers: (2024’s top sellers sold 100, 86, 82, 58 and 53 boxes)
1st top seller prize: 4 Day Passes to Calaway Park and 10 Passes to Flying Squirrel
2nd top seller prize: 4 Day Passes to Telus Spark and 2 Passes to The Big Box
3rd top seller prize: Bowling Party at Toppler Bowl (2 hours for up to 10 people)
4th top seller prize: 4 Day Passes to Cobbs Adventure Park
5th top seller prize: 2 Passes to Flying Squirrel
** Donations to REPS in lieu of fundraising are not counted towards top seller prizes. Please contact REPS for information on making a cash donation.
Pizza Party: If we, as a school, sell over 1,000 boxes, every student in the school will be invited to a school-wide pizza party!
Spirit Gear: All students that participate in the fundraiser will be entered into a draw for Riverbend Raccoons Spirit Gear. There will be one draw for each grade. One bonus entry will be added for every 5 boxes sold!
The Deadline: Orders are due no later than October 29, 2025 and are to be submitted to the student’s teacher. Please fill out the order form completely and double check all row and column totals to simplify order processing. Order forms have been pre-labeled with the student’s name and home room but please provide a contact phone number in case there are issues processing your order or payment.
How to Pay: Please submit a single e-transfer payment per student order to fundraising@riverbendraccoons.ca including the student’s name in the message so we can efficiently match the payment to the order.
Families are responsible for collecting money from their customers and submitting a single e-transfer payment per student order to us.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I pay with methods other than e-transfer?
To simplify order processing and minimize issues for volunteers, we are requesting that all payments be submitted by e-transfer. If you are unable to do so, then please contact us at fundraising@riverbendraccoons.ca to discuss alternative methods of payment.
Can I send one payment for multiple students?
Families with more than one student in the school should submit one payment per student order to help simplify the reconciliation process for the volunteers.
Can my customers send payment to you directly?
No, you are responsible for collecting payment from your customers and then please submit a single e-transfer payment per student order to fundraising@riverbendraccoons.ca including the student’s name in the message so we can efficiently match the payment to the order.
Do you deliver the cookies to my customers?
No, you will be responsible for collecting your order from the school on delivery day and then distributing them to your customers.
How many entries in the spirit gear draw will I get?
You will receive one entry for participating in the fundraiser plus a bonus entry for every 5 boxes sold. For example, if you sell 7 boxes, you will receive 2 entries total.
Can I donate to REPS in lieu of ordering cookies?
Yes, please contact us for more information on making donations. Donated amounts will not count towards top-seller prizes.
Can I volunteer to help with the fundraiser?
Absolutely! We will need 10-12 volunteers for delivery day plus 5-6 for the pizza party with many commitments being only 1-2 hours. If you would like to help, then keep your eyes on the weekly school emails for messages from your school council regarding volunteer signup opportunities.
What is the Riverbend Elementary Parents Society (REPS)?
We are a registered charity run by parent volunteers that raises funds for the school with the objective of providing equipment and services to enhance recreational and educational experiences for the students.
